Ballet Basics

A ballet class for the true beginner! In this low impact class, you will learn the basics of ballet in a warm, friendly and welcoming environment. Never feel out of place and all questions are welcomed. This class is good for those who have not danced in a while and those with a very basic grasp of ballet and would like a refresher.

Private Classes

Want to add a little more individualized training or are you too intimidated to jump into a class setting? A private class just might be the way to go. Classes are offered in Pilates and Ballet. Please contact Aesha for pricing and to set up a time for your session.
